Bite Size Leadership and Management Courses

The Hethel Engineering Centre and Performance Plus Partnership have created a series of eight, two hour workshops to be delivered as practical group discussions to aid manager development in Eastern Region manufacturing businesses. This course ties up with the Leadership and Management funding stream to help SME's develop a concise management structure at a fraction of the course cost. The bite size sessions are ideal for the working balance from development to running your business.
The workshops are designed for recently appointed Managers and those who are looking to refresh their understanding of the management task. Each meeting will explore the role of the manager through group discussion and by examining concepts and applying practical ‘tools' to exploit the opportunities presented in managing teams of people.
The aim of the workshop is to explore the interaction of people and processes so that various structures, tools and techniques can be explored and discussed. There will be some tasks that require completing between the workshops by way of preparation.
Course cost is £750 +VAT per delegate for the 8 week course. In many instances your business would be subsidised for this and you could put two managers through this for as little at £500 total. For more information on this or other partially funded courses please ring or email
